Scherrenschnitte

One of these days I'm going to learn how to pronounce the word Scherrenschnitte. Until then I will be content with spelling it. I've mastered that.

I've been at work creating more of my own original designs. In addition to the goat cutting I did a week ago, I've added horses and dairy cows. I plan to continue this theme with pigs, sheep, ducks, chickens and maybe geese. I like the whole "farm" thing. After that (in between doing some watercolor!) I plan to design some Alaskan ones - moose, bear (I can picture a mama bear with a cub up a tree), mountain goat, caribou and polar bears.

ps. I biked again today. I'm feeling very athletic. I've only biked twice now to work, but somehow it feels like I'm getting in shape already! I'm a very optimistic person.

Wow, biking to work. I'm so proud of you. Keep it up ok? How far is your bike commute?

That is so funny you were working on a cow picture and here I was being chased by cows!

I like your scherrenschnitte art.
Is my goat one going to be framed?
Good for you on biking to work and stuff. I'm taking my bike to worktoday so I can get some air in the tires also maybe the wind will blow the bugs off it.

These are very nice.
I think when people put these outside they slow down traffic.
You are never sure if they are real or not so you have to slow down. Its a psychological thing.
