I just want to sing that song everytime I make airline reservations and then again when I'm in the airport walking around finding my gates. It's probably annoying to everyone who can hear me humming.
I just listed for my flights to Wisconsin to go visit my sister! Yay! Kris, here's the deal: Tim and I will be patiently waiting for you at 12:47 pm at the Minneapolis airport next Wednesday, the 27th. Flights right now have lots of seats so I don't think there will be a problem getting on. We leave the following Wednesday, June 3 at 1:35 pm. Maybe you can combine picking us up with getting your lye. It might be nice to leave the ol' dog behind because one of us (Tim) will have to sit in the back. Actually it will probably be me because I have freakishly short legs.
We found the perfect house/pet sitter for the week we will be gone. It's Amy, my daughter-in-law's sister. She's home for the summer from college. How convenient is that? She goes to the same school as our son and his wife. Amy has been on numerous cabin trips with our family, knows our dogs and even likes them, and is 100% trusted with everything we care about. It is so nice to have someone you know stay in your home. Especially since we have three dogs, some of them less smart than the others.
On another note, I haven't biked to work yet this week! Not because I'm lazy (well, maybe) or too discouraged, but because last Saturday when I volunteered for traffic control I messed up my knee. It is very painful and keeps giving me sharp pains. I'm trying to let it heal so I'm not going to push it with the biking. I'm planning to bike next week though....all one day of it!

Rest that knee and you'll be back to biking soon.
I'm excited that you and Tim are coming to Wisconsin...I hope to see you and your hubby.
So old "Hank" is acting up huh?
Don't stress that knee. I want you pain free while your here. I plan on leaving Abby at home when I pick you up. Hey, your legs go all the way up to your butt! Just that your butt is close to the ground!
So glad you're coming to WI and that you have someone to watch the pooches. We are blessed to have an aunt who lives just across the road who takes ginger whenever we have to be away from home.
