Snow Angels

Here's one of our snow angels. This is Jadyn.

And here's the other. This one is JoJo (his real name is Elijah.)

The kids enjoying hot cocoa and oreos after playing out in the snow most of the day.

This is my schedule for a full day. "Can we play outside?" "Sure."

Help two kids put on boots, snowpants, coats, mittens and hats. Adjust hat, adjust face mask. Pull sleeves over mittens, pull snowpants down over boots. Kids play for one hour.

"We're ready to come in." "Ok." "Can we have Hot Cocoa?" "Sure."

Remove snowy boots from kids feet. Help remove snowpants. Help rearrange socks. Hang up coat and snow pants. Put mittens and hats on rack above heater to dry. Make cocoa. Kids drink two sips.

"We're ready to go outside to play." Heavy sigh. "Ok."

Repeat throughout day several times.

I wanna play too. I missed those days when life was carefree and sooooo much fun. I was just thinking that last night as I drifted off to sleep. I miss my mom saying, "come and eat." Now as a grown up, it's what am I going to cook for dinner?

Have a blast with the kids and keep taking photos.

Love, peace and blessings!

Reminds of a kids book titled - Froggy Gets Dressed. He gets all of his outdoor gear on then has to go to the bathroom so off it all comes and then back on and off again.....

I'm glad my boys are past that stage!

Bet you have fun with the kids though despite the on off game.

Oh, yeah... typical day for sure! LOL. Did the mittens and hats have time to dry or did you have to five pairs each like we did???
