Flooding at Arctic Roadrunner

I had lunch at Arctic Roadrunner yesterday; Campbell Creek is flooded.  There has been major flooding in Seward, Talkeetna and sections of Wasilla and along the Parks Highway.  For my husband to get home he will have to travel Petersville Road which is closed to westbound traffic (he'll be traveling East) and then he will be on the Parks Highway which has had intermittent closures at Willow Creek.   He should be able to get through.  We are supposed to get a little sun today and then rain again on Saturday and Sunday.  We are tired of this!  I talked to Sweetie last night and he wasn't sure if he'd come back early or not.

Oh my goodness patty, what a mess. Hope it all goes away soon. Or it might turn to snow. Yikes!

I hope you are safe and I hope no one is getting their houses ruined.

Holy cow, has this happened before! I thought you'd be dealing with snow instead of rain.

Oh no! What on earth is the weather up to? I suppose we can sum it up with one word 'unexpected'.
