The light at the end of the tunnel

I'm beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I mentioned that to a co-worker and he reminded me that it could just be the train coming to run me over....ha ha ha.

I hired a payroll clerk - she starts on Monday. The A/P clerk just returned and I've turned all her stuff back over to her. I can see some relief soon. It's been a long, hard month but I knew I would survive. The bonus is I got some overtime; there's no time like overtime and no day like payday!

I went to a park for lunch today. I sat in my car with the heat on (it's only 40 degrees) and watched this guy flying his kite. It was beautiful to see.I did a quick sketch at church last Sunday - just the backside of someone's head.Still no word on the Recycle-Revamp-Restore Art competition. The coordinator has promised to place all the art into a color online folder for people to view, but it hasn't been done yet. I want you all to see what some of the others did too so I'll link it when she gets it posted.

Hey Patty, we were only 5 degrees warmer than you....wow!

Love the kite photo. Both our kids like to fly kites. I'm glad work is settling down.

Our night time temps are like your daytime temps. I am glad you can see the light. You need a rest. Love the mountain views. Flying a kite always looks like fun. One can almost feel the kite lifting your spirits.
