VBS was a lot of fun last night. We had 12 first and second graders but I expect we might get a few more tonight. The kids (at least in my group) were well-behaved, the skit was awesome, they had fun making their craft; a satchel to hold their gold, and the snack was gold nuggets, commonly referred to as caramel corn.
Travis and Becky did the mission moment about Japan.
Travis and Becky were also in charge of the recreation time so here is my son leading our group of kids to an activity.
The laundry was hung by the pillars with care. Is it a little scary that three of the articles of old time clothing actually belong to my husband? No, not the pink union suit.

My kids have grown out of VBS ... but oh how we loved those days!!! Love the red long johns :)
