Graduation and Zen 1 and Zen 2

Our son Travis and DIL Becky at their graduation from Central Christian College of the Bible. They still have plans to move to Japan to teach English as a second language and to become involved in ministry there. Currently the plan is to go in February of 2012. They will be home in AK until then. I'm so excited! They will be home in about 2 weeks!

This is Becky and her sister Amy (my Daughter-in-love) who also graduated. She has accepted a Children's Minister position at our church so she will also be back in AK. Sweetie is especially looking forward to her company because she likes to come to our house and watch old westerns with us.

I drew one of these zentangles on the airplane heading out of Alaska and the other during some quiet time on the farm. They use some of the same elements. I recommend drawing zens on the airplane, it's a great way to pass the time.

That's great the kids are all coming home for a spell. Will they have their own place?

Zen 1 looks 3d to me. Very cool!

You are so good at these things and you have a wonderful supportive family.
My son says why are you watching all this old stuff? This isn't life today.I tell him these were the best times and you guys are missing out.
Another blogger has palpitations cause her daughter tatooed her arm.
(as would I ).
Now why would someone want to redo a parents creation?
I told my son, I created you perfect. So stay perfect for my sake.
Lol
