Girls Night Out

I'm fortunate to have several friends from work that enjoy a variety of crafts. One of them, Cheryl, is who encouraged me to take a beading class with her where I learned to make earrings. Most of them knit and crochet and several of them are now doing felting and making felted purses, bags and even sweaters.

One of them decided to start a quarterly "girls craft night". Last night was the first one; we gathered at Kelli's home and each brought a project to work on. All four of them knitted and I made some earrings. (I don't know how to knit nor am I really interested at this time.)
It was really fun to get out together and learn more about husbands, kids, retirement plans and what's going on in their personal lives.

I love the earrings. Earrings are the easiest to make and don't cost a lot of money. Aren't you busy enough PA?

Krissy is such a comic. I happen to have lots of blue clothing...there was a sale on blue clothing.

What a fine idea getting together to craft. I like all of these earrings. Good job. Blue is one of my favorite colors. Blue goes well with my white hair, classic blue and white.
