Great Deal

I shopped at Value Village the other day - it's a second hand store. I love those kinds of places; some of the junk is way overpriced but if you look sharp you can get some good deals. I was looking for pan lids for a painting project (I know, sounds weird but I'll explain more fully tomorrow). I also found these cards for $1.98 a bag - each bag held about 100 cards. After I got them home I realized there are not enough envelopes to go with all the cards, but that's easy to fix. So for a little less than $4 I got all these beautiful note cards.
They are watercolor prints by Andie Thrams, a California artist who spent some time in SouthEast Alaska painting from nature.

I also bought a little birdhouse kit for $2. I sent that to the cabin with Tim in case JoJo got bored and needed another project to work on.

I always like getting a good deal.
