I often think that song in my head when I'm looking at the beautiful mountains. I can't help it, they are so majestic. These pictures were taken on the way home from the cabin last Sunday - most of them are from near Wasilla and the Knik River Bridge.

Oh, I agree, and your photos are beautiful! Hope you are feeling better soon
Real mountains! Not big hills. I miss them. Hey, how was lunch?
I was too sick to go to lunch. Mom even hurried to get off the phone with me cuz Kathy and JoJo had just arrived at her house when I called. Mommy doesn't love me anymore. Alicia was supposed to call me at 10 but didn't, I called at 11:00 and they were making plans.
Even though it's not spring yet in Alaska, your pictures are just georgeous. The snowy mountains are breathtaking. I just love your pictures.
Oh by the way Patty, I'm making your "potluck potato soup" for tomorrow. We are having a soup & salad potluck at church and I remembered your recipe a couple weeks ago. Thanks for the recipe.
Hope you feel better soon.
sorry I didn't call ya!! Got to thinking that maybe you'd had a icky night sleep and was maybe sleeping good at 10am and figured I'd call you about 11, which is when you called. We decided to wait until you felt better to do lunch. Hope you feel better!
They love me, they really love me...
in reference to my mom and sisters going out on Sat without me cuz I was sick.
