Still here....

It's been over a month since I've blogged.  I have checked in a few times to see what everyone is up to but just haven't had the energy to make comments.

I have been short-staffed again at work.  I have worked the last 5 weekends at least one day and have been getting about 50 hours per week.  It's good for the bank, but a little tiring for me.  I have to work the next two Saturdays and then I believe I will have weekends free again.  I was able to hire a new staff member and am in the process of training, so I see a light at the end of this tunnel.

In the past month I had a birthday and am now one year closer to retirement!  YAY!

Even though it is officially spring, it doesn't feel like it.  There is still snow in both the front and backyard although lots of it has melted.  Nothing is green yet, no buds, no flowers and even a forecast of rain/snow for tomorrow.  I am really tired of this winter.  I want to go bike riding but the trails still have ice and snow, hopefully they will be cleared by May 17 which is our annual Bike-to-work Day.  

I haven't drawn or painted anything in over a month.  I do think up artwork in my head though so when I have a little more free time, I expect to be posting art again.
