Today I'm having surgery. Not a big deal, but still a little unsettling. I have not been allowed to have any food or water after midnight last night. Food? No big deal. I often don't eat breakfast. Water? Now that's a different story. Of course, because I can't have any, I have an incredible thirst this morning. I'm also having tummy cramps and two Advil with water would be so nice. Plus I keep feeling like my throat is scratchy which makes me cough repeatedly which then makes me nauseous and it's all because I KNOW I can't have water. grrrrrr
By 11:00 am all these problems will be behind me. I will not care.

I never posted pics of our finished VBS decorations - and they were taken down yesterday. I was really out of it this year and not very involved. I have a new boss at work that has been keeping me on my toes and I worked late several nights in preparation for being gone today and next week.

Hope everything is over and fine now. Its always the before hand that gets me. I cant focus on anything but whats ahead. Now you can breathe again.
