I took this pic of a moose Sunday morning. This is a couple houses down and across the street. I was able to back up my car and take the picture from right next to him on the road. I wouldn't have gotten this close on foot, but they pretty much ignore cars.

OMGosh.. what a great shot. I think I would be afraid to go outside and run into one of these beauty's. They are huge.

The poor animal. You know they are starved when they are searching the suburbs for tree limbs. Great photos of the snow too. Those piles are enormous.

To bad you can't "bag and tag" in the city. That sure would fill up a freezer. I see all the snow and I feel pity for you! We sat out on the back porch yesterday and got some sun. Was 70 at the house. I cry just thinking about all the snow and what a mess it will make.
