What's amazing is that not one kid was disappointed that the experiment failed. They were all excited that they got to participate and help. They want to do lots more and kept suggesting things we can do with them. Which is our whole goal. To spend time with kids.

I can tell you are having as much fun as the children. It is ok to fail. It teaches them to try try again. Don't give up.
Kids learn a lot more through play.
This is a very good way to learn and have fun in the process.
Kids love it all....the good and the bad. I'm sure the kids were just happy to be involved in an activity.
That sounds like a fun activity. maybe I will have to get it a try.
