Ding Dong, my snow is gone. My snow is almost gone. (from the Wizard of Oz) I've been humming that over and over today. You can even see a little green tinge to it. It rained today so the snow is going fast....except in my neighbors yard.
He lives across the street and his yard faces north so it doesn't get as much sun as our front yard. He's got to wait a little while longer. That's what half of my backyard looks like also.

I'd be singing that song too!!! How fun will it be to have some warmth there??? WOW!!!
Now if I could only send you some of the 80 degree weather we had yesterday we could get you into the sun zone really quickly.

Today with the story time kids I was singing.."rain, rain go away come again another day." We read books about rain, but I'm thinking for you..."snow, snow go away come again another day," though you might want to rephrase that to - not till next winter!
