Yes, this cow moose was in our backyard causing my dogs to bark all morning while I was trying to get ready for work. Luckily they had already gone outside to do their business prior to her arrival. I stood on the back porch to take this picture and she just stared at me. My son came by later in the day and said she was laying in our neighbors front yard. I didn't see her at all when I got home. I hope she visits someone else tomorrow....I'm too busy for a morning chat.
Amazing! I can't even a imagine a large animal like that in my yard. Don't they get scared and run away from humans?
ReplyDeleteI was going to say deer but you seem to have more moose around and they certainly love your yard to be coming back lol
ReplyDeleteMy dogs would be going crazy They do anyway whenever they hear other dogs outside.
Too funny. I hope she doesn't eat your shrubs. HAW.
ReplyDeleteHow fun is that for an early am gift!
ReplyDeleteHAW
thats funny. I took almost the same picture last evening in the yard of friends house we are watching while they are in AZ. (I emailed them the picture).Tthat shows how much snow you have that they can step over your fence!!

Gosh how much snow do you have. We have none this year which is nice but strange!
ReplyDeleteI've never seen a moose in my yard thank goodness!
I have never heard of a Cow Moose. Wish I could see it better. Wow.. how scary it got in the yard where the dogs go. I hope they are safe. We have skunks and hubby build a little fenced in area outside the sider door so Annie can do her business and not be sprayed at night. Those are OUR cow mooses. lol
ReplyDeleteHahaha those Eyes (Or shall I say those lights...).... that silhouette!
ReplyDeleteWhat an encounter!
I remember having two of them on my driveway licking salt one morning when I went out to start my truck. Scared me to death!
