Sunday sketching

I did not sketch in church today because my son was preaching and I wanted to give him my full attention. This was his first sermon besides the time he preached in Japan with an interpreter. He told me before that in Japan he could gather his thoughts in between each sentence as he waited for the interpreter to translate to Japanese so that was a little easier.

He did well. I was very impressed with his speaking ability. He had humor, seriousness, and preached a great message. I was a little nervous for him, but after the first few minutes I forgot that and just enjoyed listening to him speak. Of course I'm a proud mama.

Aunt Krissy - you were mentioned in the sermon so you'll need to listen to it! Here's the link for anyone else who might be interested. There is a worship and communion service first but he starts preaching at 1:02:10 on the video.
