Where does a week go?

It's been busy at my home since I've returned from vacation. A co-worker is absent so I'm doing her job and mine resulting in more time at work, plus the weather has been absolutely gorgeous so I've been biking and sitting in the back yard....all of which combines to keep me from the computer. That's a good thing. All winter long I feel shut indoors, so it's been great to spend time outside in the sunshine!

I have another friend retiring from work. He is the manager of our landfill operations so I painted him a (hopefully) pretty view of the landfill. It's hard to make garbage look pretty! We have lots of eagles, and ravens and seagulls at the landfill so I focused on eagles for him. Plus he loves Caterpillar equipment, so I put in a D8 also.

My son and DIL got in yesterday. It's so fun to have them home!

This is so beautiful. Our landfill is also full of falcons and eagles.
I love to go there just to watch them lol
