Sweetness disguised

How is it possible that a dog can be so sweet, yet so annoying at the same time?
Taz sometimes wakes up too early and starts whining at 5:00 am. That's a half hour before I normally get up which means I wake up at 5 even if I don't get out of bed till 5:30. Today I made her and Roxy LAY DOWN and BE QUIET for just 30 more minutes.
Poor Roxy. She is constantly attacked and mauled by this crazy Tasmanian devil. If Roxy is not interested in playing, Taz will keep biting at her back legs until she finally turns around and snaps at her. At times Roxy is all wet around her head and neck due to Taz mouthing her.

Taz likes to come in from outside and walk over and sit on top of Roxy who is quietly chewing on her bone in the dog bed. She usually ignores Taz, but it is hard. I can tell. How do you ignore 40 lbs of fur sitting on your body?

But then Taz is so sweet. If I'm hugging on my sweetie, Taz will have to wiggle her way in too. She just wants lots of loving!

Happy Animal Wednesday!

I bet it is just a matter of time. In her heart she is a sweetheart and everyone knows that.

Well TAZ is just a love and just wants and needs and deserves to be loved. So keep doing it and one day maybe maybe he'll wait till five thirty to get you up in the morning. Hugs from me to both of you.
