Animal Wednesday

Taz got spayed yesterday and received some vaccinations. She is now all ready to attend a puppy training class; I haven't signed us up yet but plan to. She is supposed to be taking it easy because of the surgery but I can't get her to settle down. She's leaping and running and trying to play with Roxy. I have to keep being the mean mamma and making them lay down. My vet estimates her age at 5 1/2 months and doesn't think she'll get over 35 lbs. That's good news for me, although I thought she was a little younger. I'm liking a dog that won't get as big as some of my other ones - she and Roxy will stay the same size.
Here she is in "wolf" mode. She loves her food!
And here's the sweet playful Taz.

Taz, you are a beauty. You will be the perfect dog to keep Momma and Roxy young by being so active. HAW.

What a sweetie. Our Annie is about 43 pounds. Thats a nice size dog. 35 to 40ish. I posted on my blog about some friends that lost their old dog recently & just got an 8 week old puppy. Nothing like a puppy to help the healing of loss along..

Poor Taz lol
Oh well its good for her and will save her so much trouble not to bother with pups. and its harder on the gals than it is on the boys.So she needs her rest lol

Having been "spayed" myself I can relate to the pain! Although she doesn't seem any worse for the wear.

I would have though she would be bigger. Pics can be deceiving, for instance I look FAT in every photo! :)

She's a keeper patty!♥
