Sunday Sketching

I sketched today in church. This woman is Tracy, she's sort of new to our church. I chatted with her afterwords but did not tell her that I had sketched her during the sermon.

Most of the snow we got the other day is gone. Our front yard is almost clear of snow, we still have a little berm along the driveway and next to the street where it's pushed all winter to clear the driveway and street.

Almost done putting the house back together. The living room is livable again. Our dogs are slowing figuring out who gets to lay where. They became so confused since we moved a dog kennel out of the living room. They are really creatures of habit and can't figure out where they are supposed to lay when it's different.

My daughter and her family come in on Tuesday afternoon after an all-day flight from Virginia. I can't wait. She sent me an email video of Hailey learning to crawl. It is adorable!

Gee Patty, what a great job you did on her! Is this the same lady with the long curly hair?

I think this is a great sketch on the sly. Yay for snow melt and family coming to visit. It must be that time of year since we are going to visit family this week.

Glad to hear your snow is about gone and your house is once again put to rights. Exciting that your daughter and grandbabies are coming for a visit. Hope you are able to take some time off to enjoy them.
