Final Proof

This is it. The final proof. The printer sent this final blue-line to me for proofing. Once I give the ok it gets printed and 1,000 books will be heading my way. If I make a change at this stage it will cost $45 per page (a good deterent for those who haven't proofed well prior to this!) I have found one error in justifying a left edge, (just one line not left justified) but not sure anybody else would catch it and not sure it's worth $45. If I find more I'll probably pony up and pay to get it fixed, but if that's all I think I can live with it.

This is exciting. I can't wait to have one to read. I promise I will overlook any errors.

Just so you know, I would never have caught that. Is it not the publisher job to proof?
