We got our new computer last night and my son installed it and got us hooked up to the net...what I don't have yet though are all my files full of pictures. So I can't post any pictures as of yet. Soon, very soon.
I'm very excited because I now have a combination printer/scanner/copier. Our old printer, which was about 10 years old, could only print. I also have a router so that I can use my laptop to get internet also. I know, this sounds like basic stuff to some of you but to me this is like stepping into the future!
Me and sweetie can now BOTH be on the computer at the same time. Will wonders never cease?
Our own personal Geek Squad is coming over tonight to fix the rest of it and get it all back to normal. I love my son. Not just because he is wonderful and smart, but also because he doesn't seem to mind helping out his computer illiterate parents with computer stuff. He's a good kid!

Computers, internet, printers and copiers...all there to make life "normal".
I am beginning to dream of a laptop these days. This is the one I personally use, but it takes coming upstairs and I am thinking downstairs and portable would be nice...especially since we have wireless in the house.
