I'm baaaack!

I'm back but still not feeling great. That migraine episode was/is a doozy. I've had the migraine now since last Sunday, 9 days now. It's gone away here and there, yesterday was pretty much pain free but I woke up this morning with my head feeling woozy again.

Usually mine don't last that long - I think the added stress of work has really done a number on me. We had a customer pull a gun on our crew last Saturday. This civilized city is not so civilized. Police were called and the man was apprehended, but still, our garbage guys have to face a gun to deliver roll carts? It's crazy.

I'm down from 4 to 2 people at work and it's been busy. I'm very appreciative of my job but I'm also getting very stressed out trying to do the work of 3, my co-worker helps but she is not trained in all the stuff nor is it really her thing to answer phones. She can get flustered when it's too much so I find myself trying not to put her in stressful situations, which is more for me.

Life goes on. Phone calls don't all get answered. Headache will go away eventually - it always does. I'm going to try to create some art today, I'm sure that will make me feel better.
