Migraines, stress and work...oh my!

It's been a long week and I've still got a few days to go...waaaah! I'm tired of work (although I still love my job) and I'm ready to retire but I still have several years to go. As in at least TEN. Maybe more. Part of my problem is being short-handed and heading into end-of-year mode; and one of my main staff is going on vacation for 3.5 weeks next week. And to top it off I've had a headache off and on all week.
So to boost my spirits you all get to see pictures of my dogs (and our neighbor's dogs too). Funny how that works! We found out that our new neighbor who is building a cabin on the property adjacent to us, has three dogs also. They came over to visit and I tried to capture all 6 dogs frolicking together but the most I could get was 5 in the same picture.

The sun will come out tomorrow, bet your bottom dollar, tomorrow.

My oldest boy gets migraines, usually induced by too many sleepless nights in a row.. Hard to make/tell an almost 17 year old to bed at 9p, cuz they are so smart and know everything and I'm just the mom and all that.. Teenagers..

Patty, I sure hope you have a good prescription drug that works well. I've suffered from headaches and migraines all my life and my medication is my lifesaver. Soon, I will be trying a new medication that just dissolves on your tongue. Then I won't have problems with upset stomach when I take my medication. I've been told that taking this type of medication by tongue is very affective.

I sure hope you feel better Patty. I love that rainbow pic....the dogs are cute too. Wow, doggie neighbors!!!!!

I've had a migraine sitting in my head since about Tuesday night too.. it hasnt gotten too bad, but enough to remind me its there! Lots of water and the OTC migraine aspirin is all I take. My headaches arent from stress because I have almost as good a job as Krissy! And a sweetie that sounds like yours!
hope you feel better soon.

Thank goodness for new days. Hope you can get the rest you need and shake that headache goodbye.

I ended up going to the Dr last week because I just could not shake my headache - turned out I had a sinus infection.

Oh, migraines are just awful. I've had two, and hope I never have another. I hope it clears up and that the stress of work eases up.

If it makes you feel better, I have over 30 years left to work, yet I already think about when I can retire. ;)
